You can set it up as a table database with the following columns:

| 📝 Summary | Text | Brief description of the change |
| 📅 Date Submitted | Date | When the proposal was submitted |
| 📌 Clause Affected | Text | Clause(s) this relates to (e.g., 6.7) |
| 🧠 Submitted By | Text | Name or role of the submitter |
| 📌 Status | Select | Options: Proposed, In Review, Accepted, Rejected, Revised |
| 🔍 Review Outcome | Text | Final decision notes (if applicable) |
| 🔗 Linked Spark | Text or URL | Spark Log reference or link |
| 📎 Amendment Doc | File or Page Link | Link to full proposal form (optional) |
| 📰 Changelog Entry? | Checkbox | Flag if this change must be reflected in public changelog |

- Each amendment should link back to its:
- 🧠 Originating Spark
- 🗞️ Public Changelog (if approved)
- 📋 Use with your Amendment Proposal Form
- 📆 Review quarterly in Oversight Meetings
- 📦 Archive rejected ones, but do not delete
